Good Evening, Swim and Dive Team!

We hope this message finds you well. Please see the updates and reminders below regarding upcoming meets and events:

Lil’horn Middle School Invite Friday 12/6.

• Please arrive by 6:30 PM for check-in and dive sheets.
• Swimmers Arrive by 6:45 for check-in. 
• Warmups Starts at 7:00
• Dive will run from 7:20 - 7:45
• Swim Meet will start at 8:00
• Estimated end time of 9:30

We still need a couple of extra hands on deck, so parents or siblings of athletes, please consider timing to help make sure this meet runs smoothly.

Check the attached heat sheet and entry list for errors! We had 4 swimmers who didn't declare. I can add you to the meet so please let me know if you would like to join if you don't see your name on the heat sheet.

Upcoming Meets (High School Only)

• Chamblee Invitational
• Dive Meet: Friday, December 13th
  • Divers will need to sign up on Divemeets for the 6 dive event
  • Only approved divers with a state legal list may join the 11 dive event.
• Swim Meet: Saturday, December 14th 
  • Action Required: Please declare your participation on SwimTopia by Sunday 12/8 at midnight! In the notes section please list the events you would like to swim. 

• Cambridge Dive Invitational
• Date: Friday, December 20th
  • High School Divers ONLY, please sign up on divemeets.com

Holiday Parties

• Lil' Horn Holiday Party
• Date: Sunday, December 15th
• Time: 12:00–1:30 PM
• Location: Grand Cascades Clubhouse
• What to Bring: A wrapped gift valued at $10–$15 for the gift exchange. Suggestions include cozy blankets, muscle rollers, candy, gift cards, or cash.
• Dress Code: Holiday pajamas!
• Additional Note: Please sign up to bring a food item.

• Longhorn Holiday Party
• Date: Sunday, December 15th
• Time: 2:00–3:30 PM
• Location: Grand Cascades Clubhouse
• What to Bring: A wrapped gift valued at $10–$15 for the gift exchange. Suggested items are similar to the Lil' Horn Party.
• Dress Code: Holiday pajamas!
• Special Activity: We will participate in Samaritan’s Purse - Operation Christmas Child. Many thanks to Traci Sayer for organizing this! Please sign up to donate items for this meaningful cause.
