Dear Athletes and Families,

We just wanted to be sure you had the holiday practice schedule handy.

Here it is:

December 23rd, 11-12:30 Annual Lambert versus Denmark Water Polo Match

December 26th, 8-9:30am practice

December 27th, Lambert Dive 12:30-2:00pm; Lambert Swim 12:30 to 2:00pm also.

December 27th: Cambridge Dive meet starting at 5pm. This is a change the CAC made from the original date. More details to come about when to arrive, etc.

December 30th: Lambert Dive 12:30-2:00. Lambert Swim 12:30-2:00 also.

January 2nd: Lambert Swim and Dive from 11:00-12:30pm. 

No practice January 3rd as Coaches have mandatory District Collaboration Day. 

January 3rd we do have the Frostbite Dive Meet beginning at 5pm. More details to come.

January 4th: Frostbite Swim Meet, more details to come but warm ups begin at noon.
