Important: Frostbite Meet Signup Deadline

The deadline to sign up for the Frostbite Swim and Dive Meet is this Sunday at NOON. Please ensure you register by then, as I need to prepare heat sheets for all teams. Season Calendar - Lambert High School Swim and Dive

• If you would like to request an event please write in the comments. 
• Divers, if you would like me to enter your list for you in divemeets, please write your dives in the comments section. Otherwise enter in divemeets yourself before the deadline! 

Frostbite Swim and Dive Meet Details

Dive Portion:

• Date: Friday, January 3rd
• Warmup: 5:00 PM
• Meet Start: 6:00 PM
• Bus Departure: 4:00 PM from the Lambert Gym Lot

Swim Portion:

• Date: Saturday, January 4th
• Warmup: 12:00 PM
• Meet Start: 1:00 PM
• Bus Departure: 11:00 AM from the Lambert Gym Lot

Longhorn Practices

• Sunday, December 29th: No Practice
• Monday, December 30th: Swim and Dive, 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
• December 31st & January 1st: No Practice
• Thursday, January 2nd: Swim and Dive, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Friday, January 3rd: No Practice (Coaches’ Mandatory Teacher Workday)
• Friday, January 3rd: Frostbite Invite Dive Meet
• Saturday, January 4th: Frostbite Invite Swim Meet
• Sunday, January 5th: No Practice

Lil’ Horns Practices:

• Tuesday, December 26th: Swim and Dive, 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
• Monday, December 30th: Swim and Dive, 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
• Lilhorns there are No practices on Fridays or Sundays during the holiday break.
