Dear Parents,

We have just received details for tomorrow. 

• First, there is plenty of room in the bus and no one needs to drive their swimmer. 
• ANY swimmers planning to leave with parent MUST request and have that approved by Coach Langley prior to noon tomorrow. Coach Berry will make no exceptions on deck at the meet. If I don’t have your name from Coach Langley as approved to leave with parent,  you will be expected on the bus for return trip. 
• Parents who show up before 4pm to VOLUNTEER, do not have to pay. However you must send Coach Berry your name as a volunteer prior to noon tomorrow so we can provide our host team with a list. 
• Those spectators attending will pay $5 for entrance and $7 for entrance plus heat sheet. Here is the Go Fan link if you wish to prepay or use credit/debit card:

• The meet should end around 8 and we will be back at Lambert at gym lot about 9pm. We will have athletes text you to make sure you know when we are close.
