McCallie Invitational 2025 – Team Agenda Important Notes

  1. Permission forms must be submitted to Coach Langley by Tuesday, November 18. You will receive your McCallie Shirts when you turn in your form!
  2. $15 cash is required at bus check-in on Friday to cover our Sunday team excursion (new destination this year to Ruby Falls!)
  3. A dedicated McCallie GroupMe will be used for all communication during the trip.
  4. Room doors will be taped at night. Athletes must remain in their assigned rooms and may not leave or explore the hotel unsupervised.
Friday, November 21 11:00 a.m. – Departure from Lambert Stadium
  • Athletes must attend first 3 periods of school day to be legal to compete at the meet.
  • Athletes must bring:
    • A brown bag lunch for the bus. 
      • Should be disposable so they can toss it out at the hotel!
    • Spending money for the meet and/or meals.
  • Attire: Chattanooga shirts
  • Saturday attire: 2025 team shirts and sweatshirts
  • Sunday attire: Any Lambert gear you own!
1:00 p.m. – Hotel Check-In
  • Athletes can eat lunch in the cafeteria area while waiting for rooms.
2:45 p.m. – Depart for McCallie School
  • Swimmer warm-ups: TBD
  • Swimmers will remain to cheer on divers.
  • Diver warm-ups: 3:15 p.m.
    • Girls dive at 5:00 p.m.
    • Boys dive immediately following the girls
  • Dinner will be brought to the pool while divers compete.
  • 8:00 p.m. – Return to Hotel
  • Team games and downtime
  • Lights out / in rooms by 10:00 p.m.
Saturday, November 22 6:30 a.m. – Breakfast 7:00 a.m. – Depart for Prelims
  • Prelim warm-ups: 7:20 a.m.
  • Competition begins: 9:00 a.m.
Approx. 1:30 p.m. (EST) – Return to Hotel
  • Box lunches provided
  • Athletes must rest in rooms until 4:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. – Depart for Finals
  • Final warm-ups: 4:30 p.m.
  • Competition begins: 5:30 p.m.
8:00 p.m. (EST) – Return to Hotel
  • Pizza dinner provided
  • In rooms by 10:00 p.m.
Sunday, November 23 8:30 a.m. – Breakfast 9:30 a.m. – Load Buses and Check Out Chattanooga Excursion to Ruby Falls
  • Drop-off and guided activity until 12:00 p.m.
  • Athletes may purchase lunch within the designated area only
12:30 p.m. – Depart for Home
Approx. 4:00 p.m. – Arrival at Lambert Stadium
