Good evening parents,

We are excited to be competing in the Middle School Championship Meet tomorrow, Friday, January 16, 2026. Below is the important information for families attending the meet.

Location & Arrival

• Please plan to arrive by 5:45 PM.
• Warm-ups will take place at 6:00PM.
• Teams will have assigned seating areas inside the facility so come find ours! 

Meet Schedule

• Team Photo: @ 5:45 - 6:00 PM
• TEAM PHOTOS will be taken before diving begins.
  
  • Bring your championship burgundy pullover for the photo!!! 
  • Anyone who hasn't picked up spiritwear can get it at the meet.
• • Don't be late! 
• Diving will take place first (3-dive meet). 
  • It will go fast so swimmers please get ready to swim as diving is going on!
• Swimming events will begin following dive.

Meet Details

• This is an evening championship meet featuring multiple middle school teams.
• Awards will be presented to the top three boys’ teams, top three girls’ teams, and top three combined teams.

Volunteers

• Each team is asked to help provide volunteers for timing. If you are available and willing to assist, please let us know and contact Lauren Thomas or myself—your help is greatly appreciated.

If there are any schedule updates or changes, I will communicate them as soon as they are shared with us. We’re looking forward to a great championship meet and appreciate your continued support of our swimmers.
